“Li Yin, don’t give up on yourself. You understand? Hope is always there, you just haven’t run into it. It’s there waiting for you to uncover it.” Junsu played with Li Yin’s fingers as she leaned against his chest. Li Yin remained silent, listening to the frequency of Junsu’s heartbeat. Everything is too fast for her. Junsu appeared to suddenly. He took her trust and most importantly, her heart. “We’re going too fast. Don’t you think?” Li Yin’s voice sounded strangled.
“No, we’re not. I blame God for sending me to you this late. If I met you earlier, you wouldn’t be undergoing such torture. I even feel our pace is too slow. We have too many things to catch up on…” Junsu appeared serious, leaving behind his childishness for the moment. Li Yin felt tears welling up in her eyes. Biting on her lower lip, she kept her tears in. “Thank you…” is all she can manage.

Yoochun turned to look at Ye Seul occasionally. “Keep your eyes on the road. I don’t want to crash into anything.” Ye Seul snapped. She isn’t feeling good. Not one bit. Li Yin is her only friend, and it angered her to think that she can’t even help her only friend. She never had any friends in school. Nobody dares to approach her. She seems much too high and mighty, too out of reach. Li Yin being the new transfer student from China knew nothing about her and befriended her. The first person who smiled so warmly at her for real…

“You sure you want to go back?” Junsu questioned again, his eyebrows closely knitted together.
“I have to.” Li Yin lowered her head. Like it or not, that is the only place she can stay at. Junsu eyed her and sighed. “You can live at my apartment if you want to. I have an apartment here in Seoul which is empty now.” it is as if Junsu can read her mind. Li Yin’s eyes glistened once again. Though grateful, Li Yin shook her head. “I can’t bother you…”
“How bout we take a look at the apartment first, then you decide?” without waiting for her answer, Junsu pulled her off the ground and started dragging her behind him.

“I’m cold…” Li Yin complained. “Why didn’t you drive?”
“I can’t change anything even if you keep whining, so just keep quiet.” although Junsu was feeling cold himself, he took off his scarf and placed it around Li Yin. Li Yin accepted the scarf gratefully and pointed to a nearby stall. “Let’s go for a round of soju to warm ourselves up.” Junsu nodded his head furiously. Li Yin laughed and ran towards the stall after pinching his cheek. “Come back here, you little Sailorstar!”

“Why are we here?” Ye Seul eyed the Han River before them. “You’re not intending to commit suicide are you?”
“Not me, you. I thought you needed it.” Yoochun got off his car and ran over to hold Ye Seul’s door for her. Ye Seul smiled bitterly and hopped off the vehicle. “Am I that pathetic? For your info, I have no thoughts of ending my life yet.” Ye Seul leaned against the railing and forced a grin at Yoochun. Yoochun remained silent and turned to face Ye Seul with his back. She needed to relieve herself. He could tell by just one look. True enough, when Yoochun kicked the nth rock on the road, Ye Seul burst into tears. Yoochun held a grim face as he listened to Ye Seul sobs. He loathed having to be around when girls cry. And yet, he wanted to stay with Ye Seul when she did.

“One more bottle!” Li Yin shouted at the top of her lungs as she swaggered along the road. Junsu is chuckling like a madman in his dolphin voice. Suddenly, Li Yin stopped in front of a push cart which sold accessories. Picking up one of the hairclip, Li Yin held it in her palm tenderly. It is a simple design of a clown. “Sad beings… don’t be sad, I’ll bring you with me…” Li Yin muttered incoherently. Junsu didn’t catch what she said, but fished out a note to pay for the purchase. “It’s yours now, my gift to you.” Junsu slung an arm over Li Yin’s shoulder. Unexpectedly, Li Yin went on tip toes and laid a tiny peck on Junsu’s cheek. Junsu rubbed his cheek lightly, half of him awake. A smile playing on his lips, he took the hairclip from Li Yin and pinned it onto her hair.

“Here… this is the bedroom…” Junsu fumbled along the apartment, pulling Li Yin behind him. He tripped on his own foot and lunged towards the bed, Li Yin tumbling atop him as well. Groaning, Li Yin tried to roll off Junsu when he grabbed her suddenly. “Don’t move.” he said huskily. Li Yin continued to squirm in his hold, wanting to lie on the comfortable looking bed. “Now you’ve done it!” Junsu grunted and flipped the both of them over. Pinned on the bed was Li Yin, semiconscious and wide eyed at what Junsu was doing.

Yoochun turned to look at Ye Seul who is sleeping peacefully in the passenger seat beside him. As if inspecting a specimen, he ran his fingers through her hair gently, careful not to wake the sleeping beauty up. “I want family warmth… it’s just a simple request, but yet…” the rest of her words were slurred, but Yoochun needed to hear no more in order to understand what is going on. Shaking his head, he sighed and stared out of the windshield. “Another suffering from lack of family’s care and concern. Just like me.”

Li Yin stirred in the bed, feeling extremely cold. Something, or more accurately put, someone, let out a loud groan as he woke up. Li Yin’s eyes flew open when she heard an unfamiliar voice. Why is there a voice belonging to man? Why is he beside her? Where is she right now? “Who are you?!” Li Yin shrieked and threw her pillow at the unknown man’s face.
“What are you doing to me?! Sailorstar, wake up!” Junsu got up from his position on the bed and pulled the pillow off his face. Li Yin’s sight lowered from his face to his bare chest, and then back to herself. A loud shriek and dolphin yelp was heard as they both realized what had happened.
