Junsu punched the wall, feeling temper and disappointment. He had forced himself to believe in Ri In, to trust that she would not do such a thing. And yet, she told him that she has been two-timing him. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out the hairclip-transformed necklace. Fingering the surface of the clown figure on the necklace, Junsu slumped against the wall. “I have to find out who is that guy…”

Yoochun laid his head against the back of his chair, tired from a day’s work. Suddenly, Junsu barged into his room, followed by a flustered looking secretary who kept trying to pull Junsu out of his room. With a wave of his hand, he winked as he dismissed her. “Stop flirting in front of me! You’re going to get married soon!” Junsu snapped. Yoochun turned his attention back onto his friend, an eyebrow raised. “I need your help. Tell me who is this man.” Junsu simply threw the stack of photos Zhang Xiong had given him onto Yoochun’s table. Yoochun’s eyes grew wide as he saw the pictures of Li Yin and another guy. He recognised the guy in the photos! “Junsu, are you-” his sentence got cut off when he saw a figure walk past his room from his window…

Yoochun pointed to the man with his back towards them. “That’s probably the man you’re looking for. He’s a ‘regular customer’ here.” Yoochun suppressed his laughter as he watched the fire ignite in Junsu’s eyes. Junsu was about to walk over when he saw Ri In run towards the man, giving him a hug followed by a peck on the cheek. Jealousy - it flowed in Junsu’s every single vein and blood vessel. Making his way towards the couple, Junsu tried to control his temper. “So you must be Ri In’s boyfriend.” as he said that, his gaze remained fixated on Ri In. Slowly turning his head towards the guy, he scanned him from top to bottom. “I think you’re mistaken. I’m her brother.” Hankyung smiled and reached out a hand towards Junsu. Yoochun shoved Junsu, seeming like a reminder for him to not stone there. Junsu quickly grabbed Hankyung’s outstretched hand and gave it a firm shake, all the while smirking at Ri In. Ri In fidgeted about nervously, her sight not daring to meet Junsu’s for her lie has just been exposed. Before she knew it, she felt a hand grab hers and her legs starting to move at the speed of lighting as Junsu dragged her out of the place…

“Let me go! I’m going to shout for help otherwise!” Ri In struggled. Junsu released her hand, but pinned her against the wall. Attempts to break free were futile. “I’ve a boyfriend whom I will not leave.” Ri In insisted. “Let me go right now. He won’t let you off easily if he knows that you are still pestering me!”
“You’re only hurting yourself, so stop it.” Junsu said simply. “You’re breaking your own heart, so stop it. You’re going to end up crying again, so stop it. You’re going to regret your actions later, so stop it. You’re goi-”
A hard slap was delivered across Junsu’s face, followed by a tight embrace. Junsu could feel Ri In’s frail body frame trembling. Wrapping his arms tightly around her, Junsu wanted to ease some of the pain she has been going through for the past few months. “It’s okay now, Ri In… everything’s gonna be okay…”

“So that was the person who left Ri In when she was pregnant…” Hankyung appeared deep in thought. “He doesn’t seem like the kind who would abandon his pregnant girlfriend. Is there something behind all these?”
“I think so. From what I know of, he was forced to go to the U.S to study. I don’t think he knew then that Ri In was carrying his child.” Yoochun handed Hankyung a glass of wine and sat opposite him. Hankyung nodded his head slightly. If it is Kim Junsu that Ri In is going to choose again, he will have no objections. Because in Junsu’s eyes, he saw pure love…

“Why is there your grave?” Junsu pointed to the tombstone beside their child’s. Ri In smiled and bent before the tombstone. “I wanted everyone to believe that Li Yin is dead. Only then can Ri In start her brand new life.” wiping her tombstone with a piece of tissue, Ri In fingered the wordings on the tombstone gently. “You haven’t been introduced to our baby yet. Aren’t you going to introduce yourself to our baby?” her words seemed to have brought Junsu out of the trance he was in. he placed the bouquet of white roses before the tombstone and knelt down. “Kim Inhwan.” Junsu read off the name on the tombstone. “Hello, Inhwan! This is daddy…” Junsu’s voice broke off. His heart ached when he thought of his child - the poor child that died before he could see the beautiful world. Perhaps if he hadn’t leave Ri In at that time, they would be happily married with Inhwan…

Walking side by side down the stairs, Junsu hesitated on whether to hold Ri In’s hand. Inching his hand slowly towards hers, he withdrew it quickly when Ri In stopped to tie her shoelace. Junsu felt like smacking himself for hesitating over such matters. When Ri In stood up again, Junsu inhaled deeply and grabbed Ri In’s hand. Ri In stopped walking immediately and turned to look at Junsu. Slowly pulling her hand out of Junsu’s grasps, she turned her back towards him. “I’m still not ready to accept you…” Ri In’s voice quavered. “Give me some time… I’m sorry…” without waiting for Junsu’s reply, nor did she turn to look at Junsu, Ri In ran down the flight of stairs…

Throughout their drive back, Ri In remained silent as she stared at the passing -by scenery. Junsu’s attention was fixed on the road. Neither spoke and awkwardness lingered in the air. ‘Everything seem to be going too fast… it’s like as if it’s just yesterday that he left me, and today he’s back with me again…’ Ri In had a mixture of emotions. Meanwhile, Junsu’s hands gripped the steering wheel tightly, feeling frustrated with himself. He thought everything would be okay now that things are cleared up, but it turned out that Ri In is still not ready for him. ‘Why is she still pondering? What is making her ponder?’ Junsu sighed. Looks like he’ll have to try harder to recapture her wandering heart…
