Junsu felt weary as he dragged his feet down the corridor towards his room. Walking past Chloe’s room, he had a sudden urge to peek in. Chloe was lying on the bed with her back facing him. Her stable breathing suggested that she might be asleep. Junsu tiptoed into the room, careful not to wake her up. When he finally made it in front of her, he saw her face scrunched together, with two pitiful tear streaks on her face. Junsu sighed. He knew he broke her heart with his decision. Bending over, Junsu carefully tucked the blanket around Chloe before his lips hovered above her face. He planted a peck on her forehead lightly. “Rest well… and I’m sorry…” he straightened himself and made his way out of the room immediately, not noticing the tears that flowed from Chloe’s eyes as he left.

Ri In adjusted her dress nervously. It was not like as if she has not went out with the YooSeul couple before, but somehow she just felt really uncomfortable. She heard a loud honking of car and rushed to her window. Ye Seul was standing beside the car, waving in Ri In’s direction. Ri In waved back enthusiastically, and shouted loudly that she will be right down before sprinting downstairs.
“Ri In!” Ye Seul exclaimed and hugged Ri In tightly as soon as she appeared before her. Ri In grinned and flashed a ‘peace’ sign. Yoochun popped his head from the car and snapped a picture of the two. Ye Seul and Ri In turned their head towards him in shock. The flash of the camera went again, causing the best friends to blink, surprised. Ri In recovered first, laughing as she climbed onto the car. Ye Seul smiled and quickly got on as well. “Okay! Excursion to the zoo begins now!”

Junsu paced up and down at the entrance of the zoo with a bouquet in his hands. He has been here since an hour ago, attempting to calm his thumping heart. ‘Junsu, you’ll have to do well this time! Show Ri In your best, and make sure you do whatever she asks of you! This is your last chance.’ Junsu kept chanting repeatedly in his mind. He looked at the roads ever so often, wondering when on earth will Yoochun and Ye Seul finally bring Ri In here. At that very moment, a familiar car drove towards him. Junsu grinned stupidly, seeing Ri In get off the car. Taking big strides, he walked towards her…

“We’ve done our job, it’s up to you now!” Yoochun shouted.
“I want to have a double wedding!” Ye Seul added.
Ri In turned to look at them confusedly. Ye Seul blew a kiss towards her before quickly getting back onto Yoochun’s car. Ri In shouted loudly as the car drove away from her. “Ye Seul! What is the meaning of this?!” Ri In stamped her feet feeling puzzled and angry. “LEAVING ME ALONE ISN’T FUNNY!”
“Who said you’re going to be alone?” Ri In spun around upon hearing the voice. Standing before her was Junsu, holding a bouquet of roses…

“This is for you.” Junsu stuffed the roses into her hands before she could protest.
“Allergic! No!” Ri In stuttered and prepared to throw the roses away form her. Junsu grabbed her hands and positioned them tightly around the bouquet as he shook his head. “These are fake flowers. I know you’re allergic, that’s why I got these.” Ri In calmed down upon hearing that. Bringing the bouquet nearer to herself, she took a close look at the roses. Indeed, they were fake flowers. They just seemed so real when Ri In first laid her sight on them. It surprised Ri In slightly, for she had expected Junsu to be the forgetful kind who wouldn’t remember such things. A tiny smile crept up her lips. So it turned out that he didn‘t forget.
‘Fake flowers never wither away, so it means that our love will last forever too. Can you hear my heart, Ri In? Can you hear it?’

Junsu walked behind Ri In the whole time they were looking at the animals. They did not talk, not even looking at each other. The both of them acted like complete strangers. Suddenly, a monkey landed right before Ri In, causing her to almost fall over in her attempt to shun the animal. Junsu reached out immediately and wrapped his hands tightly around her waist, pulling her towards him. “Are you okay?” Junsu asked anxiously, checking her arms and legs for injuries. Ri In shook her head, still not quite recovered from her shock. “Stay close to me. You’ll be safe that way.” Junsu placed his arms around her shoulders. Ri In gazed deeply into his warm eyes, feeling safer than she’s been for the past seven months.

“Thanks for sending me home. I had a great time.” Ri In smiled at Junsu and unbuckled the seat belt. Junsu’s hands clasped over hers tightly. “Aren’t… aren’t you going to invite me into your house? I haven’t had a proper look around… around my fiancée’s place yet.” Junsu anticipated some sort of reaction from Ri In. He got none from her. Ri In appeared to be deep in thought as she looked out of the window. “Come in and have a cup of coffee then.” her voice was so soft it was barely audible, but Junsu caught it. He caught that sentence which gave him the encouragement he needed.

“Do you think Junsu will succeed?” Ye Seul turned to look at her fiancé. Yoochun lifted her hand to his lips and planted a light kiss there. “Don’t worry about them. Junsu knows what he’s doing. Let’s talk about us instead. I can’t wait to see the ring on your finger…” Yoochun ran his hand along her hair. “My pretty bride…” Ye Seul felt her cheeks burning and quickly turned away, lips pursed. To her astonishment, Yoochun suddenly hugged her from the back. They have been close before, but never this intimate. Ye Seul gasped and struggled in Yoochun’s hold. “Let go… send me home…” Ye Seul whined. “Don’t try to sweet talk me into doing anything!”
“Doing what?” Yoochun smirked at her. “Are you thinking about something…”
“NO!” Ye Seul shouted. “I’m not thinking of whatever dirty thoughts you’re having! Wait. If I’m talking about your dirty thoughts, it means I’m think of those thoughts as well… AHHHHH!” Ye Seul screamed and shouted, aiming her fists towards Yoochun. Yoochun giggled, capturing each of her punches. “My bride is slowly starting to reveal her true self, isn’t she? So cute!” his remark successfully earned a punch which he failed to catch - a punch across his face.
