Hand creeping to the laptop, I seemed to have lost control over my own pair of hands. “Li Yin, stop it. You’re invading his privacy.” I tried talking aloud, but to no avail. Before I knew it, I went through hundreds of pages of Junsu’s thoughts - his diary to Guigui…

Li Yin let out a loud gasp and quickly covered her mouth with a hand, afraid that she might wake up the sleeping prince - well, he’s not sleeping beauty - and he’ll probably throw her out for looking at his diary. ‘So she drowned to death. I understand his feelings… if not for the plane, my parents would still be here with me, and I would never have to go to an orphanage.’ Li Yin sighed and returned the laptop to its original position on the table, even making sure that the document was at the page Junsu left it. “Next, to bring in those clothes!”

“Are you sure you want to return to that place?” Yunho confirmed with a frown hanging on his face. When xiaoxi nodded her head, he sighed. “I’m sure Li Yin won’t mind even if you stay with us for the rest of your life.”
“My mother’s photos are still in there. Those are the only things I have which is related to my mother. She took everything else with her when she left.” xiaoxi chewed on her lower lip nervously. Frankly speaking, she didn’t give a hoot about returning home. She detested that place anyway. Yunho took one look at her and understood that he shouldn’t press on for more information. Even though they remained silent, both of them somehow knew that this trip would be different, because Yunho would be there to protect her from any possible harm.

Dragging the heavy shirts with her, Li Yin panted heavily as she pulled open the door to Junsu’s wardrobe. The pile in her hand scattered all over the floor immediately. It was a spacious walk in wardrobe, but that was not what startled her. It was the trendy outfits and accessories which nestled neatly in their own apartments. Li Yin rubbed her eyes thinking that she was dreaming. When she lowered her hands, the same room still stood before her. Shaking her head, her hand gently lowered itself on one of the display case showing a few dozen modern and sleek looking spectacles. There were also a few boxes of contact lenses. “Contact lenses? And a pair of red spectacles?!” Li Yin’s sight landed on the bright red frame. Her little trip to deliver homework is turning out to be a jaw dropping experience.

Xiaoxi’s jaw literally dropped when she saw the women so brazenly sitting on the edge of her bed, flipping through a photo album with a few others lying by her feet. “Who gave you permission to enter my room? Put my belongings down this very second.” xiaoxi tried to contain her seething anger. Behind her, Yunho glared at the women he recognised from yesterday. The lady smirked and produced a pair of scissors from nowhere. Before anyone could stop her, she snipped one of the photographs into two in one clean motion, a haughty expression on her face. Everything slowed down in xiaoxi’s eyes as her gaze lowered the picture fluttering slowly towards to floor.
“There’s nothing to be proud of when you enter a person’s room without permission!” Yunho accusation woke xiaoxi from her trance. To her own surprise as well, her palm left a mark on the brazen women’s face as she slapped her.

“What do you think you’re doing?!” Junsu’s voice boomed loudly, sending Li Yin jumping. He was pretty strong for a sick person, dragging Li Yin away from his dressing area. “How long have you been here? What else have you seen?” Junsu interrogated.
“The whole afternoon, cleaning your place for you like a maid, and you just caught me in the act of seeing whatever you don’t want me to see.” Li Yin shot back. The crease between Junsu’s eyebrows tightened and relaxed. Slowly, he released Li Yin’s arm. A ring of red showed clearly on her fair and tender skin. Li Yin pouted and rubbed her arm furiously. “So much for volunteering to deliver your work and slogging my afternoon away!” Junsu turned his back to her, but concern was obviously in his tone regardless of how sarcastic he might have sounded. “Nobody told you to do it. Are you okay?”

“No! I’m definitely not happy at the treatment I’m receiving too!” Li Yin screeched.
“Well, I’m sick. I can’t make you any dinner.” Junsu spat out. “So if you’re hungry or fed up, which in this case I am, you’re free to leave.”
Li Yin inhaled deeply and exhaled, trying to remember that as a lady, she should act lady-liked. Smiling a little too sweetly, she shook her head at Junsu before offering to make dinner for him. Maybe the fever has caused him to become stupid. Junsu agreed to Li Yin’s offer and actually thought he’ll be expecting something decent from her.
‘You just wait, Kim Junsu. I’ll get you!’

“You one hell of a crazy bitch!” the women screamed as she held onto her throbbing cheek. Seeing that the situation might turn into a heated fight, Yunho quickly pulled xiaoxi behind him. True enough, the women lunged forward and attempted to grab xiaoxi’s hair. Yunho expertly avoided the women, pulling xiaoxi along with him. The women ended up on the floor, groaning from her fall. “That’s to teach you for messing with the wrong person.” Yunho said coldly before gathering the photo albums on the floor and pulling xiaoxi out of the mansion with him.

Yunho was about to pull the car out of the driveway when a few black cars surrounded them. “Stop crying, xiaoxi! Isn’t this your mansion? What is happening then?” Yunho shook her shoulders. Wiping her tears with the back of her hand, xiaoxi tried to focus. “My dad’s guards!” she exclaimed with a shocked expression. “Why would they try to stop me from leaving this place?”
The doors of the black cars opened, and the guards soon circled around Yunho’s car. Xiaoxi tilted her head in confusion. A shining car then pulled up, a car xiaoxi recognises as her father’s car. True enough, when the doors opened, it was the director who got out of the car with a stern expression on his face.
